SATURDAY 30TH JULY

It’s been a kind of ‘interesting’ time recently, hasn’t it? But how do you keep your balance when there’s so much in your head it feels like its spinning? Is it possible to feel stable and calm - never mind happy?! - when the whole world is shaking? What do you do when just hearing the word ‘wellbeing’ makes you want to scream?! This session will look at what emotions are, why they cause SO much trouble, and how to manage them when they stir up a storm.
